Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders

The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 states that anyone who authorises the sale of alcohol to the public must hold a personal licence.

Food Hygiene Courses
Elementary Food Hygiene
Our 1-Day elementary food hygiene course covers the basics of food preparation including personal hygiene, food hygiene, pest control and the correct storage and control of food.
Intermediate Food Hygiene
Our 4-Day course is similar, but with a more in-depth focus on each of the above elements, as well as bacteriology, bacterial food poisoning and cleaning and disinfection
First Aid Courses
1-Day First Aid
This course covers the basic role of a first aider including assessing an incident, attending to minor injuries and basic CPR.
3-Day First Aid
This course covered the same as above, but again with a more in-depth focus on each area and including treating casualties with injuries to bones, muscles and joints, and how to transport casualties safely if required.
Fire Training
Fire Extinguisher & Fire Warden Training
This course covers the basics of the causes of fires, and which methods to use to safely extinguish them. It also covers fire prevention, detection and fire safety risk assessment.
